Silvio Moser

Silvio Moser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, training, and leadership in the field of digital transformation and business processes. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant & Trainer at Xebia, Moser also founded Rivers Ranch Retreat in 2024. Other notable roles include Referent for CAS Digital Leadership at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich and CAS Requirements Engineering at OST – Ostschweizer Fachhochschule, both since 2020 and 2015 respectively. Moser co-founded and served as CTO at SwissQ Consulting AG, now Xebia Switzerland, from 2006 to 2023. Previous positions include Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Manager at Credit Suisse, as well as Test Consultant at Compuware. Moser holds a Master of Business Process Engineering and certifications as a SAFe Program Consultant and ISTQB Expert Level in Improving the Test Process.
