Annette Redmond

Annette Redmond currently serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Xelevate, D.C.'s and NC's first UAS Center of Excellence, starting in January 2024. Previously, Annette held the role of Deputy Assistant Secretary for Intel Policy and Coordination at the U.S. Department of State from April 2019 to January 2024, overseeing all intelligence operational, policy, and coordination activities within the Intelligence and Research Bureau. Annette was recruited as the State Department Intelligence CIO from September 2017 to 2019 and has extensive experience in military intelligence, holding positions such as U.S. Army Intelligence CIO and Senior Enterprise Intel Operations Advisor. Educationally, Annette holds a Master's Degree in Military Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and a BA in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Norwich University, among other qualifications.
