Jens Kimmig

Jens Kimmig has extensive experience in financial management and leadership, currently serving as CFO and Managing Director at Xella Group since July 2017. Previously, Kimmig held similar roles at BSN medical, where an effective cost savings program increased yearly EBITDA by 15% and aided in the group's successful sale. Prior positions include CFO/Managing Director at Autobahn Tank & Rast, overseeing operational initiatives, and at Plastal, where strategic reorganization supported growth in a multinational supplier context. Kimmig also has experience with Dynamit Nobel Kunststoff GmbH and Menzolit-Fibron GmbH, directing financial controls and strategic initiatives. Kimmig’s educational background includes an MBA from The Philipp University of Marburg and U.S. accounting/auditing studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
