Matt Nugent serves as the Chief Operations Officer and General Manager at Central Station Records, a position held since July 2018. Matt has been the General Manager of Double-Up Records at Xelon Entertainment since June 2016, where significant achievements include launching a new independent label that captured a 10% market share of the ARIA Club Chart within eight weeks. Nugent is also a member of the Dance Music Advisory Committee for APRA AMCOS. Their extensive experience in the music industry includes roles as General Manager at Onelove Recordings, where Matt contributed to the label's transformation and revenue growth, and as a Dance Music Consultant for Sony Music Entertainment, managing successful releases for prominent artists. Additionally, Nugent has a history with Central Station Records in various capacities, starting as a Retail Store Manager and Stock Buyer.
