Hazel Joanne Quipot is an experienced software engineering professional with a diverse background across multiple companies. Currently, as the Engineering Team Lead at Xemplo, Hazel is involved in a green field project for the Global Payroll team, focusing on backend development and serving as the Scrum Master. Prior experience includes leading the Indonesian Team at Plutora as a Technical Team Lead and working as a Software Developer and Scrum Master.
