Niamh Moloney

Niamh Moloney currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Xemplo, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Niamh was the Partner Success Lead at KEYPAY CLOUD PAYROLL & WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT from January 2019 to January 2022. Niamh's experience in customer and partner success began at Employment Hero, where roles included Partner Success Manager and Business Development Manager from January 2014 to December 2018, contributing to the development of integrated cloud HR solutions for businesses. Niamh also worked as a Business Development Manager at Employment Innovations from January 2014 to August 2016 and started the career as an Inside Sales Consultant. Educational qualifications include studies at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and Inchicore College of Further Education.
