Alena (Khadyka) Boehme, MBA has extensive experience in the recruitment and human resources field. Alena currently serves as the Recruiting Lead at XEMPUS, a software-as-a-service platform. Prior to this, they were the HR & Recruitment Lead at Creakom from 2016-2021. From 2008-2016, they were the Manager Guest Service Delivery (Uniforms) and Senior Recruitment Officer at Etihad Airways. From 2006-2008, they were the Cabin Manager & Cabin Crew Recruiter at Etihad Airways. During their time at Etihad Airways, they were responsible for defining end-to-end service design, service delivery, and training strategy. Alena also successfully managed the introduction and roll-out of new uniforms and style & image standards for cabin crew and ground services. Additionally, they designed and led recruitment events and assessment centers for up to 500 candidates/event worldwide.

Alena (Khadyka) Boehme, MBA has an extensive education history. Alena obtained their Master's degree from Belorussian State Technological University in 2002, majoring in Publisher and Production Engineer. Alena then attended Cornell University from 2009 to 2010, studying Human Resource Studies. Most recently, they earned an Executive MBA from Henley Business School in 2020. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: a Professional Coaching Certificate from BeCoach Academy in October 2021, and a People Analytics certification from The Wharton School / Coursera in October 2020.
