Dominique Schaefer

Dominique Schaefer has been working in the field of People & Organization since 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they held the role of Clinical Psychologist at Heiligenfeld GmbH. Dominique then moved to Saaman AG, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Capgemini Invent as a Manager / Team Lead People & Organization Consulting and a Senior Consultant People & Organisation, roles they held until 2019. Since then, they have been working at Xempus as VP People & Organisation, Director People & Organization, and Team Lead People & Organization Development.
