Nicole Battistini-Kohler

Nicole Battistini-Kohler has a long and varied work experience. Nicole began their career in 2001 as a Freelancer for Kellerhals Anwälte / Attorneys at Law. In 2004, they moved on to become an Associate at Walder Wyss Ltd. and a year later, they joined Linklaters as an Associate. In 2015, they completed an Internship at Bayer and then joined DaVita Kidney Care in 2016 as Senior Corporate Counsel and Data Protection Officer. In 2018, they began working for Xempus, where they have held the roles of General Counsel Senior Vice President, General Counsel Vice President, and Head of Legal.

Nicole Battistini-Kohler received their University entrance diploma from Gymnasium Hardwald in 1993. Nicole then attended the University of Basel, graduating with a University diploma in Law in 1999. In 2002, they completed their Swiss bar exam (magna cum laude) at Appellationsgericht Basel. From 2003 to 2004, they attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Műnchen, earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a specialization in Master German and European Business Law (summa cum laude). In 2006, they completed their Bar exam (conversion test) at Oberlandesgericht Dűsseldorf.
