Tatjana Todorovic

Tatjana Todorovic has held various marketing positions throughout their career. In 2020, they became the Director of Marketing at Xempus AG, where they were responsible for technical and disciplinary management of marketing and CRM with a total of 12 employees in the areas of CRM, brand, content, customer, growth, and performance marketing. Tatjana also initiated and promoted database marketing and a customer-centric strategy. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Head of Marketing at xbAV AG, where they were responsible for strategic and operational management of the marketing department and the development and realisation of target-oriented brand strategies. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Head of Customer Service at MAERZ Muenchen KG, where they were responsible for technical and disciplinary management of the Customer Service Team, development and implementation of a marketing strategy, and responsibility for the entire after-sales business. From 2004 to 2016, they were the Head of Marketing at MAERZ Muenchen KG, where they were responsible for technical and disciplinary management of marketing team, holistic coordination of marketing communication, and management of press and public relations. Tatjana also held the position of Project Marketing Manager during this time.

Tatjana Todorovic received their Diploma of Education in Business Administration, Management and Operations from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management between 2002 and 2006.
