Ccdm Kristy Colella

Kristy Colella, CCDM has a strong background in clinical data management. Kristy is currently serving as the Associate Director of Clinical Data Management at Xencor since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of Clinical Data Management at Xencor from June 2018 to October 2021.

Before joining Xencor, Kristy worked at Chiltern as a Manager of Data Management from November 2015 to June 2018. Kristy started their career at United BioSource Corporation as an Assistant Manager of Data Management from November 2011 to November 2015. Prior to that, they were employed at RPS, Inc. as a Lead Data Manager from August 2006 to November 2011.

Kristy's early experience includes working at ICON plc as a CDC III from October 2003 to August 2006. Their impressive work history demonstrates their extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of clinical data management.

Kristy Colella, CCDM, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In February 2016, they received the certification of Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM) from the Society for Clinical Data Management (SCDM).
