Katrina Bykova

Katrina Bykova is an experienced professional in the field of immunology and data science, currently serving as Associate Director at Xencor since April 2020. Prior to this role, Katrina completed an immersive Data Science Bootcamp at Metis in late 2019, focusing on statistical models and machine learning. Katrina's earlier experience includes leading immunotherapy programs and research initiatives as a Sr. Scientist and Group Leader at SystImmune, as well as working at Bristol-Myers Squibb on the discovery of novel immune system targets and pathways. Additionally, experience at Amgen involved developing cell-based assays and advanced microscopy platforms. Katrina holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of California, Davis, and an M.S. in Molecular Biology from Novosibirsk State University.
