Ranee Dicarlo

Ranee DiCarlo has extensive experience in clinical operations and documentation within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of TMF Operations at Xencor since December 2024, Ranee previously held the position of Senior Manager of Clinical Documentation (eTMF) at Aadi Bioscience, Inc. from February 2023 to December 2024. Prior roles include Manager of Clinical Records at Gilead Sciences from May 2020 to May 2023, and multiple positions at Atara Biotherapeutics from February 2018 to April 2020 focusing on clinical systems and regulatory documents. Ranee began a career at Amgen as RIM Ops Senior Associate from January 2014 to December 2017. Ranee earned an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Phoenix between 2014 and 2016.
