Rumana Rashid

Rumana Rashid has extensive experience in the field of protein science and technology, currently serving as Associate Director at Xencor since July 2011. Rashid has held various roles within the company, including Group Leader, Lead Scientist, and Scientist. Prior to this position, Rashid worked as a Research Fellow at the City of Hope from January 2009 to June 2011, and completed a Postdoctoral Research Scholar position at the California Institute of Technology from January 2006 to December 2008. Rashid began an academic career as a Graduate Student at Florida State University from January 2001 to December 2005. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Biochemistry from Florida State University, as well as degrees from Panjab University in India.
