Hemanth Prabhu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. hemanth began their career as a Senior Design Engineer at Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd in 2006, where they worked until 2009. hemanth then pursued higher education and completed a Master's course in System on Chip at Lunds Tekniska Högskola, focusing on digital/DSP designs for FPGA and ASIC flow.
In 2010, Hemanth joined Ericsson for their Master's Thesis, which they completed in 2011. hemanth'sthesis focused on research in the field of distributed antenna systems and massive MIMO, with a main focus on algorithm hardware implementation and feasibility study. hemanth then continued their research as a PhD student in Electrical Engineering at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, LTH from 2011 to 2017. hemanth'sresearch interests include low-power designs, hardware implementation using high-level abstraction, reconfigurable hardware platforms, and hardware-software co-design.
In 2015, Hemanth gained industry experience as a Research Intern at Xilinx, where they worked until 2016. Following this, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Lunds tekniska högskola from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Hemanth is a Development Manager at Xenergic, a position they have held since July 2018.
Hemanth Prabhu completed their primary education at KV DRDO from 1990 to 2002. hemanth then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication at MSRIT from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in System on Chip from an unspecified institution between 2009 and 2011. Lastly, Hemanth completed their education at the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2011 to 2017.
