Ashley Broz

Ashley Broz is a professional in training content development, currently serving as Manager of Training Content Development at X-energy since January 2023. Previously, Ashley worked at CDK Global from February 2012 to August 2022, holding various roles including Supervisor of Learning Delivery, where responsibilities included evaluating training activities, and Learning Delivery Consultant II, where Ashley led committees to enhance training processes for optimal experiences. Earlier in the career, Ashley was a Workforce Scheduling Coordinator II at Dundee Park District and served as Site Director. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Eastern Illinois University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
