Ivan Perez, PMP, is a Project Delivery and Risk Management Leader with over 10 years of experience in project and program design across various industries. Previously serving as Portfolio Risk Manager at Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind LLC from 2022 to 2025, Ivan implemented a comprehensive risk management plan, focusing on reporting methodologies and decision frameworks. Currently, as the Project Controls Lead for Risk Management at X-energy, Ivan leads a team in developing a risk management plan for innovative Small Modular Reactor technology. Ivan also held several roles at Shell from 2015 to 2022, including Project Cost Estimating Engineer and Risk Manager for Offshore Wind.
