Jessy Fowler

Jessy Fowler currently serves as the Plant Training Lead and Control Room Operator at X-energy, overseeing the establishment of innovative training programs for Xe-100 control room operators, managing an international project team, and ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints for a multi-million-dollar contract. Previously, in a tenure at Constellation, Jessy supervised nuclear operations continuing training programs, emphasizing analysis, design, and evaluation within the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) processes, and served as a senior operations training instructor. Jessy's early career includes significant roles in the US Navy, where responsibilities involved supervising the Instrumentation and Reactor Control Division at both the Nuclear Power Training Unit and onboard the USS Pasadena. Jessy holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Penn State University and multiple nuclear certifications, including Senior Reactor Operator Certification.
