Lara Kutlaca

Lara Kutlaca is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Xeneta since July 2022, after holding the position of Human Resources Coordinator. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Supervisor at Inditex from October 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring payroll systems, recruitment, training, and managing employee development programs. Earlier in their career, Lara worked as a Cruise Director for Sail Croatia from June 2017 to October 2019, focusing on customer satisfaction, event organization, and health and safety management. Lara holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Split and another Master's degree in Law from Universidad de Zaragoza, both contributing to a well-rounded educational foundation.
