Philip Hennessey

Philip Hennessey is currently serving as the Director of External Communications and Industry Analysis at Xeneta, a position held since October 2023, where responsibility includes leading communications by providing insights on global air and sea freight influenced by geopolitical, environmental, and economic factors. Prior to this role, Philip was the Director at the Independent Ambulance Association from April 2022 to October 2023 and the Commercial Director at Health Transportation Group UK from January 2021 to October 2023. Philip Hennessey also held the role of Head of Communications and Marketing at Arriva Bus (UK) from April 2017 to January 2021 and was previously the Communications Manager at Arriva Transport Solutions from February 2014 to April 2017. Earlier in the career, Philip worked as a Sub Editor and Reporter at the Warrington Guardian Series (Newsquest North West Ltd) from January 2004 to September 2014.
