Rajesh Kumar Bhol

Rajesh Kumar Bhol has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rajesh Kumar started their career as a Testing Engineer at Syntel in 2011 and worked there until 2015. In 2016, they interned as a Business Development Summer Intern at Aurigene Discovery Technologies. In 2017, Rajesh joined Fortigo Network Logistics Pvt Ltd as a Program Manager and later became a Senior Program Manager. During their time there, they played a crucial role in launching an enterprise SaaS Transportation Management System and also worked on process improvement and automation. In 2022, Rajesh joined Xeneta as a Product Manager and was later promoted to Lead Product Manager in 2023.

Rajesh Kumar Bhol holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Nalanda Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011. Rajesh Kumar also attended Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) from 2000 to 2007, where they obtained their High School/Secondary Certificate (HSC). In addition to their formal education, Rajesh has obtained certifications in Product Management - Monetisation and Pricing from Reforge, Product-led Certification from Pendo.io, and IBM z/OS Mainframe entry-level Training Programming from IBM system and Technology group.
