Rodger Mack

Rodger Mack is the EVP of Operations at Xenex. Rodger has held previous positions as the Chief Operating Officer at Stadler Custom Homes and The Scooter Store.

Mack has been in the business world for over 20 years. Rodger has experience in developing goals, installing structured reporting, and improving business processes. In their previous position as the COO of The Scooter Store, they were responsible for managing a $500M company with 3,000 employee-owners. Rodger is known for being a passionate and results-minded leader.

At Xenex, Mack is responsible for overseeing the company's operations. Rodger works closely with the CEO to ensure that Xenex is running smoothly and efficiently. Rodger is dedicated to their work and is always looking for ways to improve Xenex's operations.
