Arsheena Khan, CCP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR®

Arsheena Khan has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Arsheena began their career at Time Warner in 1999, where they worked in various roles within the HR department until 2005. Arsheena then joined National Retail Properties Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, where they managed all aspects of HR, including health and wellness, benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, and training and development. During their time at National Retail Properties, Arsheena implemented several programs and initiatives, including a learning management system, performance management web-based program, online wellness program, and new HRIS software.

In 2016, Arsheena joined 24-7 Intouch as the Director of Human Resources, where they were responsible for overseeing HR functions. Arsheena successfully held this role until 2017 when they transitioned to Xenia Hotels & Resorts Inc. as the Director of Human Resources. At Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Arsheena managed all HR and payroll functions, working closely with C-Suite and senior management to drive company culture and develop leadership skills.

In 2021, Arsheena was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Xenia Hotels & Resorts, where they continue to lead strategic and operational HR initiatives.

Throughout their career, Arsheena has demonstrated expertise in HR management, employee development, and program implementation. Arsheena holds certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®).

Arsheena Khan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources from Baruch College. Arsheena has obtained several certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in May 2019. Arsheena is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from World at Work. Additionally, Arsheena holds the designation of SHRM-SCP from SHRM. Arsheena has pursued further professional development with the completion of the "What's Next: Reinventing Work in the New Normal" course from LinkedIn in August 2020. Arabella is also pursuing the certification of Senior Human Resources Professional from the HR Certification Institute.
