Thomas Brennan

Thomas Brennan has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in asset management and investment. Thomas currently serves as the Sr Vice President of Asset Management at Xenia Hotels & Resorts since 2016. Prior to that, they worked at The JBG Companies as the Senior Vice President of Lodging Investments and Asset Management from 2009 to 2016. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Asset Management at DiamondRock Hospitality from 2006 to 2008. From 2004 to 2006, they were the Sr. Vice President at HEI Hotels and Resorts. Thomas began their career as Vice President at Host Hotels & Resorts in 1997, where they worked for seven years.

Thomas Brennan attended Old Dominion University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting.
