Wade Fischer

Wade Fischer has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality and construction industry. Wade started their career in 1999 as an Associate Studio Director at Morris Architects. Wade then moved on to CNL Hotels & Resorts in 2004, where they served as a Project Director until 2007. Following that, Fischer joined Pyramid Hotel Group as the Vice President of Resort Development and Projects until 2015.

In 2015, Fischer became a Partner and COO at Brine Wells Development, LLC, where they stayed until 2017. Wade then started their own company, WF Hotel Advisors, LLC, and served as the Owner in 2017-2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Fischer worked as the Senior Vice President of Design & Construction at Aimbridge Hospitality. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Project Management at Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. starting from 2022.
