Callie Lee is currently the Director of Product Education at Xenial, a cloud-based restaurant and retail management platform. Prior to this, Callie held the position of Director of Customer Onboarding at Heartland Payment Systems and served in several roles at XPIENT Solutions, including Customer Service Center Manager, Training Supervisor, and Training/Documentation Specialist. Callie holds a Master's Degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Appalachian State University.
