Fredrik Hallonsten

Fredrik Hallonsten has over two decades of work experience in various sales and leadership roles. Fredrik is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Xenit AB. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Director at Nexer Group from June 2020 until January 2023, where they utilized their strategic and technical expertise to create innovative and business-focused solutions. Before that, Fredrik worked for Sigma IT Group, where they held positions such as Sales Director New Business & Sales Support, Sales Manager Professional Services, and Regional Sales Manager. In these roles, they leveraged their extensive IT knowledge to develop new solutions and provide support to clients. Fredrik also has experience as President, Manager Marketing & Sales, and Key Account Manager at CBG Consulting ltd, where they worked from 2004 to 2016. Fredrik began their professional career at Volvo Car Corporation, where they served as a Project Manager for cross-brand projects. Their expertise in project management can be traced back to their earlier role as a Project Manager at Sörman Information & Media.

From 1994 to 1997, Fredrik Hallonsten pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Innovation Engineering at Halmstad University.
