Marc Ueckermann is Xenith’s Chief Technology Officer, leading the company’s long-term technology strategy, exploring ongoing innovation initiatives that explore emerging technologies, assess their application to the company’s business and recommend new strategies and solutions. He is also a member of the Xenith Board of Directors.

Marc joined Xenith in 2001, taking on many different roles and adding value with his knowledge and skills wherever he could. Through his leadership he has ensured Xenith helped enterprises to meet their objectives by understanding their business goals and implementing innovative software solutions and services that make them more efficient and effective. Helping them increase their ability to be agile in an ever changing market. As a result, this has helped a number of multinationals, top legal and financial institutions, and other leading businesses and charities across all industries achieve significant benefits.

Marc’s exceptional track record of technical improvement is based on his belief in quality and expandability. He is known for his ability to quickly identify customer requirements and translate them into realisable product features which go far beyond “quick fixes.” Marc is known for his ability to pre-empt future changes by building in enhancement capability from the beginning.

Outside Xenith, Marc is a dedicated family man who loves spending time with his wife and kids. He is a maestro on the bbq and likes to keep active, most taking on the 100-mile cycle in the Prudential Ride London.
