Paul Paz

Paul Paz is the current Head of Digital Workplace at Xenith Document Systems. Prior to this, they were the Global Director of Local IT Support at IQVIA from January 2016 to October 2018. In this role, they led a Global team of over 250 staff providing local country desktop services and support plus the matrix delivery of a range of IT service disciplines. Some key skills they demonstrated in this role include their ability to improve customer satisfaction by delivering service and support solutions founded on ITIL compliant processes with challenging SLA’s and KPI’s, as well as their experience managing groups of geographically and culturally diverse IT professionals and developing them into highly-productive teams dedicated to achieving results.

Before their time at IQVIA, Paul Paz was the Global Director, Desktop Architecture at IMS Health from January 2002 to December 2016. In this role, they led a Global team of 10 technical experts with the primary purpose of owning the strategy, planning, design, implementation and operation for the global desktop infrastructure. During their time in this role, they built and leveraged productive relationships with peers, senior management and clients, and they thrived in high-pressure and challenging environments where change is the norm. Additionally, they were able to drive cost savings for the business through strict budget management, vendor selection and commercial acumen.

Paul Paz has a certification from the University of West London in ITIL Version 3 Foundation and another certification from the London Ambulance Service in First Aider.

Paul Paz reports to Justin Milligan, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Marc Ueckerman - Chief Technology Officer, Stuart Cassidy - Corporate Account Director, and Julian Sadler - Corporate Account Director.
