Antonio Moreno

Antonio Moreno has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industries. In 1999, they founded and built ACM Group, a boutique consulting firm specializing in advisory to major clients. Antonio led all aspects of business planning, strategy development and growth from startup stage to annual revenues of over $20 million and managed all aspects of internal operations including full P&L accountability. In 2010, they co-founded ERAS Software Solutions, a software company focused on providing value added services to the telecom industry. Antonio managed the first round of funding and designed and executed the go-to-market strategy. Antonio also served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Product Officer, leading product definition, development and service definition process by identifying industry needs and customer demands. In the same year, they joined JL Mobile Systems as an Advisory Board Member, working with and advising the CEO and COO to raise money for the company’s second round of funding. In 2014, they founded Spica Telecom, leading the company through the startup phase and fundraising phase. Antonio drove growth and secured contracts to build 250 cellular towers in different regions in Mexico, and created the business and strategic plan for the first five years. In 2018, they joined Blue Port Holding as Executive Vice President, managing financial and operation aspects of the holding and responsible for strategic planning, P&L management and profitability. In 2019, they joined Xennial Digital as Chief Financial Officer. In 2020, they joined PowerX Technology Ltd as Member of the Board of Advisors, providing advice on PowerX’s green energy solutions with a focus on energy and pollution reduction in mobile telecoms infrastructure, and Focal Point Procurement Solutions as Member of the Board of Advisors. Antonio also joined AdvisoryCloud as an Advisor.

Antonio Moreno attended the Universidad Simón Bolívar from 1988 to 1991. Antonio then went on to The University of Kansas, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1994.
