Andrew Martin began their work experience in 2011 as a Senior Coach at PASS Australia, where they assisted in the delivery of Cert III in Business to secondary students and executed sports, dance, and art programs. Andrew later became a Program Coordinator, mentoring and delivering qualifications to trainees in Secondary Schools. In 2014, Andrew joined the Australian Army and took on various roles such as Troop Commander and Joint Fires Team Commander, demonstrating leadership and planning skills. In 2021, they worked as the Director of Operations at Xenon Partners, providing operational expertise to software companies. In 2022, Andrew co-founded Sales Accelerator, a community of Sales and CRM experts. In 2023, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Teamgate CRM.

Andrew Martin attended Redcliffe State High School, where they completed their secondary education in 2009. Andrew later enrolled at Southern Cross University and is expected to graduate in 2022 with a Bachelor of Business, specializing in Business Management.
