Odile Duvaux

Odile Duvaux is the Founder, CEO, and current Chairman of XENOTHERA, a biotechnology start-up focusing on innovative xenotherapy products. Prior to founding XENOTHERA, Odile worked as a Partner at DMJ Consultants, where Odile built and supported highly performing executive teams. Odile also served as Directeur de la Communication Interne at Leroy Merlin and Chargée de recherche at Institut Pasteur Lille. With a background in molecular biology and a doctorate in medicine, Odile has a strong foundation in research and healthcare.
