Tammy Payne has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tammy is currently working as the Director of Client Success & PMO at Xentaurs - An ATSG Company. In this role, they are responsible for managing the relationship with enterprise clients, guiding project managers and technical staff, and collaborating with various teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Prior to their current position, Tammy worked as a Senior Client Success Manager at Xentaurs, where they oversaw and managed the relationship with enterprise clients, drove revenue, and served as the primary escalation point and account strategist.
Before joining Xentaurs, Tammy worked as a Strategic Program Manager and Senior Program Manager at the same company. In these roles, they managed program relationships with Cisco, Partners, and VARS, ensuring customer satisfaction and accelerating technology adoptions. Tammy also co-managed Xentaurs' Portfolio Management Office.
Previously, Tammy served as the President of Luthien Consulting and as a Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, and Project Manager at Firefly Educate. In these positions, they worked closely with major client accounts, managed course development projects, and launched global courses.
Additionally, Tammy gained experience at Symcor as a Command Center Staff member and at Wachovia, A Wells Fargo Company as a Learning Generalist. At Symcor, they coordinated communications during a major systems conversion, while at Wachovia, they managed performance-based curricula and advised senior leaders on diversity and inclusion issues.
Tammy also worked at First Union as a Learning Specialist, where they designed and delivered curricula, led assessment and evaluation teams, and managed ILT and distance learning products.
Throughout their career, Tammy has demonstrated strong project management, relationship management, and leadership skills. Tammy has successfully managed client relationships, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and driven overall client satisfaction.
Tammy Payne attended Queens University of Charlotte from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major was English Literature, with a focus on Communications/Journalism. In addition to their degree, Tammy also obtained two certifications: Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016 and Microsoft Office Specialist PowerPoint 2016, both of which they acquired in March 2019.
