Agnes Wachinger

Agnes Wachinger has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success, technical support, and enterprise resources planning. Agnes started their career as an intern at BAUER Maschinen GmbH in 2015, where they were involved in aftersales service. Agnes then worked as an intern at Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH in 2016, focusing on process management. In 2019, they joined Xentral ERP Software as an Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant and later advanced to the position of Senior Customer Success Manager. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of a Customer Success Advisor and is currently working as the Team Lead Technical Support.

Agnes Wachinger obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Cultural and Business Studies from Universität Passau between the years 2012 and 2016. Agnes then pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, Operations, and Informations Management at the University of Augsburg from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Stirling in 2014.
