Bill Kalaitzis is an experienced professional who has held various roles in the field of engineering and site reliability. Bill has worked at Xentral ERP Software as an Engineering Manager, SRE, and at Netdata, Inc. as a Senior SRE. Prior to that, Bill was employed at Citrix as an SRE, and at Omilia - Conversational Intelligence and noris MIKE as a DevOps Engineer. Bill has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia. Bill's expertise includes infrastructure management, containerization, monitoring and observability, CI/CD, automation, and database administration using a variety of tools and technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Prometheus, and more.
