Daniel Thomele has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Daniel is currently the Head of Customer Success at Xentral ERP Software. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon for six years, starting as a Seller Support Associate and progressing to roles such as SPS Supervisor, SPS Advisor Supervisor, Team Manager, and Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing teams, improving processes, and ensuring exceptional employee performance. Before their time at Amazon, Daniel founded and managed an agency called Musical Scale AEA UG, specializing in audiovisual productions. In this role, they oversaw production teams, executed projects efficiently, and demonstrated expertise in project management and overall company leadership.

Daniel Thomele attended SAE Institute Germany from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained an Audio Engineering Diploma and studied the field of Audio Engineering.
