Drago Cerekovic

Drago Cerekovic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, consulting, and the wine industry. Currently serving as the International Solution & Partner Manager at Xentral ERP Software since June 2021, Drago has previously held roles including Customer Success Manager and Professional Services Consultant. As the Founder of wine co-operative vinaverde.bh, established in 2013, Drago has been instrumental in pioneering organic wine production in northern Bosnia and Hercegovina. Prior to this, Drago was the Head of Customer Success/Support at Touchpoint Innovations, where responsibilities included building a customer success organization and enhancing customer onboarding processes. Drago’s earlier career features roles as a Product & Financial Integration Specialist and Technical Support Specialist, along with a foundation as an Oenologist. Drago holds a degree in Business Administration from Ilmenau University of Technology and an oenology degree from DLR Rheinhessen-Nahe-Hunsrück.
