Shakuntala Maharaj currently serves as Vice President of Quality Assurance at Xentria, Inc. since May 2023 and has held the position of President at Compliance Speak Inc. since July 2014. Previously, Shakuntala Maharaj contributed to Biogen Idec as part of the Quality Management team from October 2011 to July 2014, and served as an Adjunct Professor at UC San Diego Extension from 2010 to 2013. Earlier experience includes roles in Corporate Quality and Quality Systems at Amylin Pharmaceuticals from July 2007 to October 2011, and as a Quality Assurance Scientist at Pfizer from December 2005 to July 2007. Shakuntala Maharaj earned a Master of Science degree in Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs from Temple University between 2004 and 2006.
