Katie Chavanu Pharmd

Katie Chavanu, PharmD, is currently serving as the Vice President of Medical Communications & Regional Medical Affairs at Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to their current role, Katie held various positions at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., focusing on medical communications, research, strategy, and scientific communications. Katie also worked as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Midwestern University and completed a residency at Scott and White Hospital. Katie obtained their Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Creighton University.
