John Wadley

John Wadley has a diverse background in product development and mechanical design. John started their career at Rocky Mountain Composites before moving on to Provo Craft, Rocketship, and Icon Health and Fitness. Their significant experience at Altra Running includes roles such as Senior Footwear Developer, Footwear Development Manager, Director of Product Development, and Director of Product Innovation. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Product Development at Xero Shoes. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated a strong ability to lead product development teams, drive innovation, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives for successful product launches.

John Wadley earned a Bachelor's degree in Technology Teacher Education from Brigham Young University, attending from 2004 to 2007.
