Chris Rainey is currently the GM of Global Strategy for the Americas at Xero and co-founder and principal at Goldilock Capital, where they continue to impact the strategy and operations landscape. They previously served as a consultant at L.E.K. Consulting from 2012 to 2016, leading over 40 strategic and transactional engagements across diverse industries. Chris also worked as a teaching assistant at Boston College from 2010 to 2012, where they taught courses in Business Writing and Computers in Management. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Chemistry from Boston College.
