Jeff Hazard

Jeff Hazard currently serves as the Vice President of U.S. Sales at Xero since May 2025. Prior to this role, Jeff was the Vice President at TriNet from March 2022 to May 2025, where leadership was provided to a virtual sales team of over 100 associates. Jeff's extensive experience also includes serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Zenefits from December 2014 to March 2022, leading a similar-sized sales team. Earlier in the career, Jeff held various roles at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) from June 2003 to November 2014, including Division Vice President of Sales, where management responsibilities extended over 120 sales associates and leaders, and Area Vice President of Sales, focusing on the Mid Market Sales Force in the Northwest. Jeff started the career as a Sales Professional at Storage Networks in 2000 and holds a BA in History from the University of the Pacific.
