Kate McIlroy is an accomplished professional triathlete and coach, currently serving as the Head Coach at Kate McIlroy Coaching since July 2023. With extensive experience in sports, McIlroy has been a dual Commonwealth Games Representative, an Olympian, and a New Zealand Halberg Sportswoman of the Year. Notable achievements include placing 10th in the London 2012 Olympics, winning the World Mountain Running Championship in 2005, and earning multiple top 10 finishes in the World Triathlon Series from 2009 to 2013. McIlroy also holds the New Zealand record in the 3000m steeplechase and has been a Global Marketing Operations Coordinator at Xero since May 2016.
