Kristina Nink

Kristina Nink is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in service and user experience design, currently serving as Lead Strategic Designer at Xero since January 2020. Previously, Kristina held multiple roles at Davanti Consulting, where responsibilities included project scoping, user research, and team leadership from July 2016 to December 2019. Kristina's earlier experience includes positions at PwC New Zealand, Optimal Experience, Bay of Plenty Polytechnic, the University of the West of England, and the Smithsonian Center for Education and Museum Studies, where expertise in web development, project management, and user engagement was developed. Academic credentials include an MA in Communication, Culture & Technology from Georgetown University and a BS in International Business from Salem State University, alongside ongoing education in altMBA since 2019.
