Louise Main

Louise Main is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Executive General Manager of Strategy and Operations UK at Xero since October 2020. Prior to this role, Louise held the position of Managing Principal at Capco from July 2013 to October 2020 and worked in Financial Services Advisory at Ernst & Young from September 2011 to June 2013. Louise obtained a BSc in Economics from Cardiff University/Prifysgol Caerdydd, where studies were completed from 2008 to 2011, and attended Cheltenham College from 2002 to 2007.
