With extensive experience in health and performance coaching, Lucas has developed and implemented various wellbeing initiatives across organizations, including Sydney Water, The NRMA, and the University of Sydney. As the owner of In the Flow, a facility on Sydney's North Shore, Lucas has offered a diverse range of health and wellness services. Educational credentials include a Master of Applied Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the University of Technology Sydney.
