Lyall Ward

Lyall Ward is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as a Principal Technologist at Thoughtworks since June 2017, focusing on aligning client organizational strategies with technology delivery. Previously, Lyall held various roles at SMS Management & Technology from January 2011 to June 2017, including Lead Consultant and Practice Lead, where responsibilities encompassed mentoring, project delivery, and performance management. Additional experience includes mobile application development for the Electoral Commission Queensland and Queensland Police Service, as well as software development roles at Everyday Hero, Workingmouse, and Dat's Creative Pty Ltd. Lyall's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Information Technology (Honors) from The University of Queensland, completed in 2002.
