Melanie Morris

Melanie Morris is an experienced professional in the bookkeeping and training sectors, currently serving as Partner Community Manager for Xero and NZ Head of Bookkeeping since July 2016. As the founder and Principal Trainer of Training and Beyond Ltd, Melanie has established a leading training center in cloud software and has received the Xero Training Partner of the Year award twice. In addition to being a Certified Xero Trainer, Melanie actively contributes to the education of Accountants and Bookkeepers globally. Melanie's leadership roles extend to positions as Board Trustee for The Royal Ballet Foundation of New Zealand and Chair of the Board of Trustees at Hagley Community College, along with past presidencies in national bookkeeping associations. Melanie’s entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in founding successful ventures such as Bookkeeping and Beyond Ltd and contributing significantly to the bookkeeping profession in New Zealand.
