Naomi Schofield

Naomi Schofield currently serves as the Head of Product at Xero, overseeing design and product management since May 2021. Prior to this role, Naomi held multiple leadership positions at Tigerspike, including Head of Strategy and Design and Product Strategy Lead, from August 2017 to May 2021, and worked as a Senior Consultant at ThoughtWorks from April 2012 to April 2017, specializing in Agile coaching and software delivery across various domains. Naomi began a career in academia as a Physics Lecturer at Monash University between 2010 and 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and a PhD in Atomic and Molecular Physics from Monash University, alongside a certification in management from Charles Sturt University.
