Paul McCann

Paul McCann is an experienced financial services professional with a strong background in credit integration, advisory, and mentoring. Currently serving as the Head of Credit Integration at Xero, Paul focuses on enhancing underwriting and lending processes through digital data collaboration with banks and fintechs across multiple regions. Previous roles include Managing Director of McCann Advisory Services, where Paul specialized in debt and capital markets advisory, and Director positions on the boards of several organizations, including CUFA and the CREDIT UNION FOUNDATION AUSTRALIA. Paul has held significant leadership roles in GE Capital, overseeing corporate finance and risk management across Australia and New Zealand. Paul holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and various advanced qualifications in finance and accounting.
